Building in New Haven County
New Haven County is home. Our office is at 5 Morse Road in Oxford, and most of our work over fifty years has been within this county: Waterbury, Naugatuck and Seymour along Route 8, Southbury and Middlebury on Route 84, and the shoreline and New Haven towns to the south and east.
The projects on this site show the range: two pre-engineered metal buildings we designed and built in Oxford, the Turnpike Office Park rebuild and medical fit-outs in Middlebury, an industrial tenant fit-out in Waterbury’s Captain Neville Drive park, and the sixteen-unit Winding Brook community we developed in Southbury.

Local knowledge
The Naugatuck Valley has the state’s deepest stock of older industrial buildings, and much of our New Haven County work is inside them: framing offices and support spaces, extending power and HVAC, and finishing to a move-in date. New construction here is mostly pre-engineered metal buildings on the commercial lots along Route 67, Route 8 and Route 84, where we have done the site work, foundations and steel ourselves.
From our office: Waterbury, Naugatuck, Southbury and Seymour are fifteen to twenty minutes from Oxford. Middlebury and Cheshire are twenty-five. New Haven, Milford, Hamden and Wallingford are thirty to forty minutes. Meriden and the shoreline towns from Branford to Madison are forty-five minutes to an hour.

Come in under it and you keep the savings. Go over it and we cover the difference. It is the opposite of a lump-sum bid, where the cushion is hidden and kept.
